New Art for Spring: Spring Burst

Sometimes I find it hard to actually make a definitive decision to stop working on an artwork, and not just keep adding and tweaking for weeks n weeks.... but I've downed tools and marked 'finished' on this one. It's called Spring Burst and coincidentally it suddenly feels a bit Spring-like here in the UK. (But just a teeny bit...) 

And nothing says "it's almost springtime" quite like some melty dribbly goo oozing slowly over the rocks and then bubbling up into the atmosphere, don't you think?

Just wanted to share a little sneaky peeky looksy at some snippits of my new works in progress.... Yup, it's future nature there.... some kind of mountainside fire or lava, and a cutting of foliage...
